Mark A. Springer

Mark joined GTCR in 2000 and is currently a Principal and Chief Accounting Officer of the firm. Prior to joining GTCR, he worked for Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams, Ltd. performing both audit and tax services. Mark is a CPA and graduated from Indiana University earning a BS in both accounting and finance.
