Jennifer Maxfield has a diverse range of work experience. Jennifer started their career as an Account Manager at CEA Marketing Group, where they managed account services and creative teams, supervised creative development, and organized workflow. In 2011, they joined GTE Financial as an Electronic Marketing Manager, where they launched and managed email marketing programs, tracked online advertising, and managed social media channels. Jennifer then progressed to the role of AVP of Marketing at GTE Financial, where they oversaw strategic initiatives, cross-channel communications, and team development. Jennifer later became the VP of Marketing and Products, leading the Marketing, Promotions, Communications, and Product team to enhance the credit union's brand, increase cooperative return, and introduce new credit card and loyalty programs. Currently, Jennifer is the SVP and Chief Strategy Officer at GTE Financial, providing strategic leadership, focusing on team development, culture, communications, and future growth. Jennifer also has responsibilities in strategic planning, member experience, business continuity, and community engagement.

Jennifer Maxfield earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Florida, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. Jennifer later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Saint Leo University from 2017 to 2019. No field of study is specified for their MBA.
