Kenan Kaplan

Kenan Kaplan began their work experience in 2004 at Binsal Bilgisayar Hizmetleri Ltd. Sti. as a Software Developer, where they designed and developed the Sales Automation System and an Integration Tool for MS CRM. Kenan then moved on to DorukNet in 2006, working as a Software Developer on projects such as the design and development of a New Sales Automation System and a Voip Generic Reporting Tool. In 2008, Kenan joined Protel Bilgisayar A.Ş. as a Software Developer, where they focused on designing and developing the Sales and Service Automation System on MS Dynamics CRM, integrating a Document Management System on MS SharePoint, and creating a Customer Access Portal. In 2011, they joined IBTECH International Business Technologies as a Senior Application Engineer, working on improving user interfaces for the Sales Automation System, performance tuning of ETL processes for the Core Banking System, and developing a welcome screen for the Core Banking System. Kenan then joined ING Türkiye in 2012, starting as a Senior Information Consultant and later transitioning to roles such as IT Product Manager and IT Chapter Lead. During their time at ING Türkiye, they were involved in various projects such as Java microservice transformation, simplifying workflow processes and transaction integrity, integrating Customs Processing with the Ministry of Trade, developing an Advanced Compliance Checker System, implementing Foreign Trade Processing Fee Automation System, and creating a Sales Automation System with features like personal score cards and campaign management. Currently, Kenan Kaplan is working at GTech as a Business Solutions Associate Manager.

Kenan Kaplan completed their Master's degree in Computer Engineering at Beykent University from 2016 to 2018. Kenan obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Anadolu University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from Gazi University from 1998 to 2003.
