Andy Kerkhoff

Andy Kerkhoff has a diverse work experience in project management and development. Andy currently holds the position of Vice President of Development at GTIS Partners, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Brookfield Properties from June 2021 to March 2022. From June 2017 to May 2021, Andy worked as a Project Manager at Newland. Andy also served as a Senior Services Project Manager at GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy from July 2013 to June 2017. Andy gained valuable experience as a Project Manager at CDM Smith from November 2006 to June 2013, overseeing various construction projects. Before that, they held significant roles such as Director of Facility Services at ARAMARK Healthcare and Construction Project Manager at BE&K Building Group, Skanska USA Building Inc., and Rodgers Builders. Throughout their career, Andy has demonstrated proficiency in managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and maintaining project documentation.

Andy Kerkhoff completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from Clemson University from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they graduated from South Mecklenburg High School between 1991 and 1993. In addition, they obtained the certification of Engineer in Training from the State of South Carolina in 1997.
