Laura Biggins

Laura Biggins, MA, is a seasoned professional in information technology with extensive experience in desktop support and law enforcement technology. Currently serving as the Desktop Support Manager at GTS Technology Solutions since September 2021, Laura previously held the role of Supervisor-Information Technology at the Dallas Police Department, where responsibilities included overseeing the alarm unit and ensuring TLETS training and CJIS compliance from June 2017 to September 2021. Earlier in Laura's career, titles included 911 Dispatch Supervisor and 911 Dispatcher at SWRCC from August 2011 to June 2017. Laura holds a Master of Arts in Criminology from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Dallas Baptist University.
