Joshua Wairi

Joshua Wairi is a seasoned professional in customer success and onboarding, currently serving as Senior Manager, Customer Onboarding at Leta since December 2023. Previously, Joshua held the position of Manager, Customer Success at Smile ID from September 2022 to October 2023. Joshua's extensive experience includes roles at Africa's Talking, where Joshua held dual titles as VP Commercials, Customer Success and Customer Success Lead from January 2018 to June 2022, as well as Senior Key Account Manager at Lori in 2017. Joshua's career began as a Key Account Manager at Jumia Group and Bob Shop between 2013 and 2016. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
