Angel Borisov

Angel Borisov has a strong background in the telecommunications industry. Angel started their career in 2016 as a Junior Engineer at Telelink, where they gained experience in ticketing systems and client communication. Angel also worked with RSA and Cisco TAC to effectively resolve client issues. In 2019, they joined Telelink Business Services as a Technology Expert, where they worked on configuring and implementing new networks globally and utilized network monitoring tools. In 2020, Angel joined GTT as a Network Engineer, specializing in Tier 2 IP Operations. Angel demonstrated excellent knowledge of Cisco and Juniper equipment and successfully resolved routing issues for clients. Recently, they were promoted to Team Lead, overseeing Tier 2 Operations.

Angel Borisov completed their education in the field of networking. Angel graduated from Technology School Electronic Systems (TUES), associated with Technical University-Sofia in 2017. Angel then pursued Telecommunications Engineering, completing the second year at Technical University of Sofia in 2018. Currently, Angel is in their fourth year at New Bulgarian University, studying Telecommunications Engineering. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification in 2019, followed by certifications in ITIL 4 in IT Service Management, Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Junos (JNCIA-Junos), and two Silver Peak SDWAN certifications in 2022 and 2023.
