Max Tellez is a seasoned professional in network and security engineering, currently serving as the Director of Network and Security Engineering at GTT since October 2014. In this role, Max manages a high-performing team that supports GTT’s Global Cloud Firewall estate and SD-WAN infrastructure while collaborating with various departments to enhance service offerings. Previous positions at GTT included Manager of Operational Engineering and Production Engineer IV, where Max played a crucial role in supporting managed service customers and mentoring junior technicians. Prior experience at MegaPath involved significant contributions in production engineering, quality assurance, and project management, where Max implemented processes that improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
