Stan Parapunski has over eight years of work experience in various human resources roles. Stan started their career at C3i Europe as a Customer Support Analyst before being promoted to Systems & Customer Support Analyst. Stan then joined Interoute as an HR Systems & Process Administrator, where they handled data entry, drafted contracts, and managed employee records. Stan also worked as an HR Systems & Process Analyst at Interoute, where they researched and analyzed data, developed reports, and troubleshooted issues. Stan later joined Cargill as an HR Specialist, managing HR systems and developing standard operating procedures. Stan then worked at GTT (formerly Interoute), where they were a Director of Human Resources CEE, responsible for HR initiatives and advising management on labor policies. In their most recent role at GTT, they served as Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing HR and recruiting functions for the CEE & Asia region. Throughout their career, Stan has demonstrated expertise in talent management, performance management, and HR system implementation.
Stan Parapunski completed their education with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Business and Human Resource Management from the University of Dundee in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of National and World Economy between 2008 and 2011. Stan completed their high school education in Mathematics and English from the High School of Mathematics and Science "Akad. S.P. Koroliov" from 2003 to 2008.
