Timothy Mulieri

Timothy Mulieri has extensive experience in accounting and finance roles. Timothy is currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) at GTT, where they are responsible for the company's accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Prior to their current role, Mulieri worked at NII Holdings, Inc. for several years, holding various positions including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President & Controller, Principal Accounting Officer, and Senior Director & Assistant Controller. Timothy also worked at KPMG as an Audit Senior Manager, specializing in the Information, Communications, and Entertainment sector. Mulieri's expertise includes leading finance transformations, overseeing SEC filings, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Timothy Mulieri holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech, which they obtained in 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution in 2004.
