Zeynep Yagci Ezcan

Zeynep Yagci Ezcan is currently the Regional Director of Customer Success for South Europe, the Middle East, and Turkey at GTT, where responsibilities include building and leading Customer Success Management teams across various countries, enhancing customer lifetime value, and participating in strategic decision-making. Prior to GTT, Zeynep held several roles at Vodafone Business, including Global Customer Success and RFP Governance Manager, where leadership and governance of customer success initiatives were key focus areas. With a career spanning over two decades, Zeynep also has extensive experience at Vodafone, Vodafone Business, and TELSİM, complemented by an MBA from Yeditepe University and ongoing studies at Galatasaray Üniversitesi.
