Paul Benes

Paul Benes has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul began their career as a Construction Manager at Central Montana Panels LLC in 2001 and worked there until 2006.

In 2006, they joined TIMEC Company, Inc. where they served as a Field Supervisor, General Foreman for ConocoPhilips Pipeline and Terminals Maintenance Contract, and Site Manager and Superintendent for building BP Americas multiwell facility. During their time at TIMEC, they demonstrated excellent leadership skills by overseeing project schedules, personnel recruitment, payroll processing, and enforcing safety protocols.

From 2013 to 2014, Paul worked as a Construction Superintendent at Steier Oil Field Service/Transfield Services Oilfields. Here, they managed the construction of surface oil extraction and refining facilities, collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and oil company representatives. Paul also ensured the accurate management of company assets and disposition of facility equipment.

Following that, from 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Construction Manager at TRF Energy Solutions, where they facilitated the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of flare gas facilities producing NGL. Paul successfully coordinated contractors, trades, materials, and equipment while also assisting with business development, regulatory compliance, and client relations.

Paul further expanded their expertise in construction management by working at Montana Dakota Services in 2015 as a Construction Manager. Their responsibilities included building, operating, and maintaining flare gas recovery installations. Paul also designed a fractionation plant for separating NGL into condensate and propane while managing the entire operation in-house and within a tight budget.

In 2015, Paul joined Brahma Group, Inc. as a Project Manager. Paul skillfully directed construction projects in refining, mining, and power generation, overseeing bids, estimates, work schedules, and specifications. Paul successfully collaborated with over 200 tradesmen, conducted comprehensive inspections for quality and compliance, and prioritized safety at all times.

Paul's most recent role is as a Project Coordinator at GTUIT, LLC since 2018, where they have been responsible for coordinating projects and ensuring their successful execution.

Through their various roles, Paul has demonstrated strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills, along with a deep understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

Paul Benes has completed the Project Manager training program at AGC. Paul also holds a high school diploma from Lewistown MT. In terms of certifications, they have obtained the Crosby Land Based Energy Operations Rigging Instructor certification from The Crosby Group in October 2014. Additionally, they possess certifications in Certified Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, Certified Rigging Instructor, and Confined Space training from various institutions.
