Ashley Carroll

Ashley Carroll is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and technology management. Currently serving as the UK Technology Director at Guala Closures Group since May 2019 and as the New Product Development Director at United Closures & Plastics since October 2016, Carroll has demonstrated a strong track record in leadership and innovation. Prior roles include various engineering and technical leadership positions at Oceaneering from 2006 to 2016, as well as design engineering positions at Safeline Mettler Toledo and MEM 250v. Carroll holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from Nottingham Trent University and a Higher National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester College of Technology.
