Kent Lu

Kent Lu is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Recruitment Director at R&F Group since July 2019. In addition, Kent is the General Manager of the Guangzhou Office at ZDL Executive Search, overseeing a team of over 30 and managing diverse business lines across China. Previously, Kent held the position of National BPC Manager at Randstad from September 2013 to June 2017, focusing on strategic business goals through internal consulting. Starting a career at Bó Lè Associates in July 2007 as a Consultant Trainee, Kent developed expertise in executive search, culminating in a robust set of skills in research, candidate development, and client management. Academic credentials include two Bachelor's Degrees in Social Science, specializing in Industrial Relations & Labour Studies and Human Resources Management from The University of Waikato.
