Rachel Shanahan

Rachel Shanahan, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Guarantee Electrical Company since February 2021, Rachel has previously held the role of HR Solutions Manager at AAIM Employers’ Association, where responsibilities included advising members on HR practices and facilitating compliance. At IMEG Corp, from January 2013 to September 2019, Rachel acted as the primary HR contact for Missouri and Texas branches, managing various HR functions including recruiting, training, and employee relations. Rachel began the HR career as an intern at Mediacom Communications in 2012. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Writing from St. Ambrose University.
