Deanna Dickson

Deanna Dickson (Williams) is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Vice President and Senior Counsel for Labor & Employment at Guaranteed Rate since April 2023. In this role, Deanna provides expert employment counsel and litigation support in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and administrative proceedings across Illinois and nationwide. Prior to this position, Deanna held the role of Senior Associate at Wilson Elser from October 2019 to April 2023 and worked as an Associate Attorney at Trivedi & Khan, P.C. from June 2018 to October 2019. Deanna earned a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Psychology from Michigan State University James Madison College.
