Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Rate since October 2025, Arnold previously held the position of Sr. Loan Originator at Highlands Residential Mortgage, Ltd. from October 2014 to October 2025. Arnold's career includes significant roles such as Senior Mortgage Advisor at Stonegate Mortgage Corporation and Branch Manager at Primary Residential Mortgage. Recognized as the #1 Top Producer at Reliant Bank, Arnold also founded Arnold Mortgage Group and has a strong background in diverse regions, being licensed in multiple states including TN, GA, AL, and others. Before venturing into the mortgage industry, Arnold spent a decade as a Flight Attendant with Southwest Airlines. Arnold is an alumna of Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
