Adrian Bubie

Adrian Bubie is an experienced Bioinformatics Scientist currently working at Guardant Health since November 2020, where responsibilities include supporting the development of bioinformatic pipelines and conducting statistical analyses for real-world evidence. Previously, Adrian served as a Bioinformatician at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, investigating correlations between patient immunological and mutational burdens in cancer. Earlier experience includes roles as a Product Specialist at GenomOncology, where focus was on developing clinical software for genetic data interpretation, and various positions in research and engineering at institutions including Case Western Reserve University and Philips Healthcare. Adrian earned a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and Genomics from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
