Julia Moss

Julia Moss is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, community engagement, and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Sr. Learning and Development Specialist at Guardant Health since February 2022, Julia facilitates impactful classroom experiences and enhances onboarding processes for new hires. Previously, Julia held significant roles such as Director of Advancement at The Miracle Project, leading strategic planning and fundraising efforts for a nonprofit focused on individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Other notable positions include Director of Community Engagement at Jewish Journal, where Julia implemented engagement strategies that increased support and readership, and Manager of Partnerships & Innovation at The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, where Julia fostered community partnerships and launched a prominent social entrepreneurial fellowship. Julia holds a Master's Degree in Social Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Communication from The George Washington University.
