Todd Ford

Todd Ford is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the oncology and diagnostics sectors. Currently serving as the National Sales Director at Guardant Health, Todd successfully launched the Guardant Reveal MRD assay, leading a team of 65 sales representatives to exceed performance metrics in 2021. Prior to this role, Todd held leadership positions at Sema4 and Decipher Biosciences, where revenue growth and organizational culture were significantly enhanced, culminating in Decipher's sale for $600M. Todd's earlier experience includes pivotal roles at NAVICAN and Genoptix, where consistent overachievement in sales targets and team management led to numerous awards and recognitions. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Political Science from Texas A&M University.
