Thomas S. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles related to growth, design, and marketing. In 2016, they started working as a freelancer, taking on tasks such as video editing, web design, and content marketing. Thomas also worked as a Sales Employee at Game Mania alongside their freelance work. In 2018, Thomas joined iSense ICT Professionals as a Digital Marketeer, where they handled national marketing campaigns and was responsible for tasks such as social advertising, SEO, email marketing, and usability testing.

In 2019, Thomas transitioned to RockBoost | Leading Growth Hacking Agency, where they served as a Growth Designer and then as a Growth Hacker. In these positions, they focused on optimizing user experiences through UX design, research, and testing. Thomas also managed the growth hacking process and developed and executed growth strategies.

Thomas later joined GrowthMentor in 2021 as a Growth Mentor, assisting entrepreneurs and growth enthusiasts with improving their digital experiences. Thomas then moved on to work as a Digital Strategy & Growth Designer at Digital Growth Agency in 2022.

In 2022, Thomas joined Growthology as a Growth Designer and began working as a Brand & UX/UI Designer at Guardey. Thomas is currently working in these roles, focusing on designing strategies for growth and enhancing brand experiences. Lastly, in 2023, they worked as a UX/UI Designer & CRO Specialist at Oot Granola for a few months. Throughout their career, Thomas has gained expertise in various areas, including UX design, CRO, organic marketing strategies, branding, and data analysis.

Thomas S. completed their education in a chronological order. Thomas started by attending Sint-Janslyceum from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained their HAVO degree. Thomas then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Media & Entertainment Management at Breda University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2016. Following that, Thomas enrolled in Erasmus University Rotterdam and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Pre-master Media & Business from 2016 to 2017. Thomas continued their education at Erasmus University Rotterdam, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Media & Business from 2017 to 2018.

Thomas also acquired several additional certifications. In 2018, they obtained the Google Ads Fundamentals certification from Google. In 2019, they further added the Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Technical SEO Exam, SEMrush SEO Toolkit Exam, Inbound Marketing Exam from HubSpot Academy, and 2-Day Growth Hacking Crash Course from Growth Tribe to their credentials. Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, in 2020, Thomas completed the UX for Marketeers certification from CXL Institute and the Google Analytics Audit from CXL Institute. Lastly, in 2023, they obtained the Design Thinking Certificate from Growth Tribe and the Webflow 101 certification from Webflow.
