Zev Bernard has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of baseball. Zev started their career as the Owner of the Wolves Baseball Organization in October 2012. In the same year, they also founded Bernard Baseball and took on the role of Owner. Zev continued their entrepreneurial ventures by co-founding Guardian Baseball in December 2017.

Zev has also been involved in the coaching aspect of baseball. Zev served as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Fern Creek High School from January 2013 to March 2015. Prior to that, they held the same position at Spalding University from January 2010 to August 2012.
