Rob McLean

Rob McLean has extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on information technology and operations. Rob is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Guardian Capital Group since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Finovate Consulting Services as a Principal Consultant from March 2018 to January 2020. Rob also held various roles at Qtrade Financial Group, including Senior Vice President of Operations & Technology Services, Senior Vice President of Business Solutions, Vice President of Business Solutions, and Vice President of Operations. Before that, they worked at Credential as the Vice President of Technology and Vice President of Business Solutions. Rob started their career at Coast Capital Savings as a Mutual Funds Supervisor. Rob McLean attended St. George's School until 1985. Afterward, they pursued an Arts degree in Political Science at The University of British Columbia and completed their education in 1990. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) from the Project Management Institute, although the specific year or month of obtaining this certification is unknown.
