Kathleen Mayall

Ms. Mayall is responsible for all aspects of fund accounting including capital calls, distributions, financial statement preparation and reporting. Kathy has assisted the Company in this role since 2013.

In addition to her duties at Guardian, Kathy serves as Fund Accountant at TL Ventures and Operations Manager at Valley Forge Capital. Prior to Guardian she worked at AT&T Wireless and Conti Mortgage in accounting and internal audit roles.

Kathy earned her MBA from Villanova University and a BS in business administration from LaSalle University
