Domenica Iermano

Domenica Iermano currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Advisor and previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Guardian Childcare & Education since June 2023, focusing on sourcing and evaluating candidates for open positions. Prior experience includes working as a Teaching Assistant at Northern Schools Early Years Cluster Inc. from January to June 2023, where Domenica facilitated learning experiences in an inclusive environment. Additionally, experience as an Early Childhood Educator at The Royal Children's Hospital and various roles in early childhood education, including Kindergarten Assistant at Early Childhood Management Services and Early Childhood Educator at Only About Children, contributed to professional development.
