Michaela Sorg

Michaela Sorg's work experience includes positions at Guardian Healthcare and Giant Eagle. At Guardian Healthcare, they started as a Private Pay Account Specialist in October 2014 and later became a Private Pay Revenue Supervisor in August 2016. Michaela was responsible for private pay billing and answering patients' billing questions. Michaela also pursued collection activity on unpaid accounts. Michaela Sorg then became the Director of the Central Billing Office at Guardian Healthcare in June 2023. At Giant Eagle, they worked as a File Maintenance Lead, performing daily audits of price tags and signage and ensuring timely updates of weekly sales advertising.
