Monowar Hossen

Monowar Hossen is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Area Manager at Guardian Life Insurance Limited since November 2021. In this role, Monowar develops and implements business plans to meet sales and revenue targets, recruits and trains new talent, and engages with sales teams to identify growth opportunities. Prior to this, Monowar held the positions of Divisional Coordinator and Regional Coordinator at Rupali Life Insurance Co Ltd from December 2013 to October 2021, leading a 250-person team and managing operations and client communications. Monowar holds a Master of Social Science and a Bachelor of Social Science in Social Work from Government Titumir College and the University of Dhaka, respectively.
