Andrea Karpinski

Andrea Karpinski is a seasoned professional in product management and strategy within the insurance and financial services industries. Currently serving as the Group Dental Product Manager and Strategy Leader at Guardian Group Benefits since July 2023, Andrea supports product strategies to enhance the Group Dental PPO portfolio. Previously, Andrea held the position of Senior Retail Product and Strategy Leader at Guardian Life, focusing on the Retail Segment. Experience includes roles at Lincoln Financial Group as Assistant Director of Distribution Strategy & Analytics, and as Product Owner at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Andrea's career also features positions at Timberland and Integrated Engineered Systems, Inc., alongside early work as a Finance Intern at Wentworth Douglass Hospital.
