Caroline Foster serves as the Head of Digital & Technology Internal Communications at Guardian Life since November 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Internal Communications Consultant at Liberty Mutual Insurance from June 2014 to October 2022. At Liberty Mutual Insurance, Caroline collaborated with Global Brand & Communications and worked directly with leaders to enhance internal communication strategies and employee engagement. Earlier roles included Internal Communications Consultant and Specialist, enhancing digital communication channels and overseeing governance at the Global Retail Markets. Prior experience at FactSet Research Systems involved creating content and managing client relationships as a Knowledge Specialist and Senior Consultant. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree from The George Washington University and attended Miss Porter's School.
