Daniel Kowalchuk

Daniel Kowalchuk is an experienced IT leader with a focus on group benefits technology and application development. Currently serving as the Head of Group Benefits Technology Admin Systems at Guardian Life since December 2016, Daniel oversees back office actuarial, operations, pricing, and underwriting systems while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. Previous roles at Guardian Life include Head of Business Technology Services for Rating & Quoting and Director of Application Development, where Daniel led strategic initiatives and modernization efforts. Earlier experience at Synchronoss Technologies involved managing multiple teams and support applications, while other positions included software development roles at Andesa Services, Trifecta Technologies, and Network Security Systems. Daniel holds an MS in Business Administration from Lehigh University and a BS in Computer Science from Moravian University.
