Harry Lam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment analytics and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Investment Analytics and Chief of Staff to the Head of ALM and Equity Management at Guardian Life since May 2016, Harry Lam oversees relationships and communication among direct reports and business leads. Prior experience includes a decade at AIG, where Harry Lam held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Investment Analytics and Vice President of Derivatives Operations, managing teams in performance measurement, cash settlements, and derivative operations. Harry Lam possesses a strong academic background with a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Business Management with specializations in Finance and Marketing from Binghamton University.
