Mark Duthe

Mark Duthe currently serves as the Head of Claims & Service Finance at Guardian Life, a position held since August 2023. With a robust background in claims reporting, analytics, and project management, Mark previously held the role of AVP, Claims Reporting & Analytics at Lincoln Financial Group from January 2018 to August 2023. Prior to that, experience included roles such as Senior Project Manager and Consultant at Liberty Mutual Insurance, as well as Financial/Business Analyst and Assistant Director at Harvard University. Mark also held positions in admissions management at Lesley University and Binghamton University, beginning a professional journey in 2007 as an Account Executive at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. Mark holds an MBA in Finance & International Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a Bachelor of Science from Binghamton University.
