Matt Guenin

Matt Guenin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in analytics, strategy, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Analytics at Guardian Life since July 2020, Matt has previously held senior leadership positions including Executive Vice President at ElectrifAi and Opera Solutions, where Matt played key roles in marketing and customer experience. Earlier experiences include COO at KMH Systems, Inc., and a management consultant specializing in growth strategies. Matt's career began at A.T. Kearney and has included positions at FICO and Braun Consulting. Matt holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance from Fairfield University.
