Sandeep Sharma

Sandeep Sharma is an experienced leader in data integration and acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Data Integration and Acquisition at Guardian Life since March 2011. In this role, Sandeep has successfully led a $20M+ platform transformation project, utilizing advanced technical skills and executive leadership to develop architectural patterns and ensure compliance with security standards through certified AWS services. Previous positions at Guardian include Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect and Lead Architect - Data and Integration, where Sandeep delivered innovative metadata management solutions and designed data components for a group provider management system following HL7 standards. Prior to Guardian Life, Sandeep worked at Patni Computer Systems Ltd as a Delivery Lead, managing the migration of applications and integrating legacy systems. Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Rajeev Gandhi College of Engineering Research and Technology.
