Ali Al Ibrahim is an accomplished investigative journalist and academic with extensive experience in various prominent organizations. Currently, Ali is engaged as a lecturer on Artificial Intelligence for Investigative Reporting at the University of Wolverhampton and as a fellow and lecturer at the University of Oxford. Ali has been a journalist with The Guardian and the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project since 2021 and 2020, respectively, and has also held the position of managing editor and founder at Syrian Investigative Reporting for Accountability journalism since 2016. Additionally, Ali has served as a video journalist at Sky News Arabia and an investigative reporter for the ARIJ Network since 2010. Ali's noteworthy accomplishments include being a documentary filmmaker, with the award-winning film "One Day in Aleppo" garnering multiple international accolades. Ali's educational pursuits include a program in Entrepreneurial Journalism at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.
