Bernard Rhee

Bernard Rhee is an experienced attorney who currently serves as the General Counsel at Guardian Research Network. Prior to this role, Bernard worked at various prestigious law firms and eventually founded Technology & Business Law Advisors, LLC. Bernard holds a law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and also has a pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.
