Brian Chmura

Brian Chmura is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, operations, and military leadership. Currently serving as the Operating Executive and Regional General Manager at Guardian Restoration Partners since December 2024, Chmura previously held the position of Sales Director at Unite Us from May 2021 to December 2024, where significant expertise in building relationships with C-suite executives in the healthcare sector was demonstrated. Prior roles at The Kraft Heinz Company included Associate Director of Sales and National Account Manager, where Chmura led teams to drive substantial revenue growth and managed multi-million dollar P&Ls. Additionally, experience at Procter & Gamble encompassed roles in consumer marketing and transportation operations management, contributing to significant sales increases and operational efficiencies. Earlier military service as an Operations Officer in the US Army showcased leadership capabilities and strategic planning, culminating in leadership selection and recognition for excellence. Chmura holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
