David Collins

David Collins currently serves as the Director of Government Affairs at GUARDIAN RFID®, a position held since July 2020. Prior to this role, David worked as a Government Affairs Associate at Walk_West from January 2018 to July 2020 and as a Lobbyist for the State Employees Association of North Carolina (SEANC) between February 2015 and January 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Sergeant at Arms for the North Carolina General Assembly from April 2014 to February 2015. David holds a degree in Political Science and Peace, War, and Defense from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned between 2009 and 2013.
