Que Anh Nguyen serves as the Head of People & Culture at Guardian Vietnam since September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as HR & Talent Director at GroupM from January 2019 to September 2021, where significant contributions were made to HR transformation, talent development, and the implementation of various HR systems. As the Head of Human Resources at McDonald's Vietnam from March 2013 to December 2018, Que Anh was instrumental in opening the first McDonald's store in Vietnam and expanding the chain to 22 locations, focusing on building a robust people management system. Earlier roles include HR Manager at IDG Ventures Vietnam, where Que Anh assisted in establishing a prestigious investment fund, and HR Generalist at BP, where training and recruitment initiatives were managed. Que Anh holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Henley Business School and a degree from Hanoi University.
