Peter Tomšič

Peter Tom is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in project finance and energy sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Starwood Infrastructure Finance since September 2018, Peter leads investment teams and manages infrastructure finance initiatives. Previously, as Senior Vice President at GE Energy Financial Services from January 2006 to September 2018, Peter structured project finance debt transactions while fostering private equity client relationships, particularly in power and renewable energy. Earlier in Peter's career, as Senior Engineer at Con Edison from 1999 to 2006, responsibilities included engineering design and project management for a major cogeneration plant in New York City. Peter holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of Engineering at New York University.
