Oria Cohen

Oria Cohen is an accomplished professional in employee experience management, currently serving as the Employee Experience Lead at Guardio since July 2025. Prior to this role, Oria held the position of People Experience Manager at AppsFlyer from December 2021 to July 2025 and worked as the Employee Experience & Welfare Manager at Tenengroup Ltd. from August 2018 to December 2021. Oria holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and High-Tech Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, obtained between 2017 and 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, earned from 2015 to 2017.
