Rahul Piplani has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Rahul started their career as an Intern at Enterprise One Consulting Services in 2009, where they learned SAP ABAP and assisted in the firm's CMMI appraisal.

In 2010, Rahul joined IBM as a SAP Support Consultant, working with the client Vodafone Global. In this role, they prepared system monitoring reports, raised proactive tickets, and collaborated with team members to prepare reports. Rahul also interacted with functional teams to understand business impacts.

Rahul continued their career at IBM, transitioning to the role of SAP Basis & NetWeaver Consultant, working with Brother International Europe. Here, they implemented an automation tool that reduced monitoring effort and provided on-call support for SAP Basis issues. Rahul also successfully performed change transports.

In 2012, Rahul took on the role of SAP Operations Lead, working with Coca-Cola Enterprises. Rahul participated in daily incident and change management calls on behalf of the Basis Team, ensured adherence to SLAs and client processes, and collaborated with an international Basis Team, client, and CSC for monitoring operations.

From 2015 to 2016, Rahul worked as a Web Editor and Customer Support Executive on a freelance basis. Rahul researched, edited, and uploaded content on WordPress websites, and communicated with global clients via email and phone. Rahul also managed Facebook pages.

In 2016, Rahul had multiple roles. Rahul worked as an Academic Tutor at Study.com, evaluating web search results as an Ads Assessor for Lionbridge, and provided ERP Support as a consultant at DIMMbizz ltd. In the role at DIMMbizz ltd, Rahul provided functional support to clients, translated WiKi pages, and conducted software testing.

From 2019 to 2020, Rahul worked as a Content Specialist at Indeed.com, contributing to content creation. Later in 2020, they joined vidaXL as a B2C Specialist, overseeing B2C listings and assisting in mapping product categories on various platforms.

Most recently, in 2020, Rahul joined Guardio as a Customer Support Specialist.

Rahul Piplani completed their MSc in Information Management from Tilburg University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued their MSc in Information Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, between 2006 and 2010.
