Sharon Hiskiyahu has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment throughout their career. Sharon currently works as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Guardio since 2022.

Prior to this, they served as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Proceed from 2019 to 2022. In this role, they had end-to-end responsibility for internal and outsourcing recruitment in various IT areas, including DevOps, Software Engineering, Data Science, Project Management, Systems Analysis, PMO, BI, QA Testing, and Architecture. Sharon recruited candidates for leading companies and provided assistance throughout the hiring process. Additionally, they maintained communication with clients from the initial position request until the vacancy was filled.
