Pauline Chiverton

Pauline Chiverton is an experienced professional currently serving as the Contact Centre Manager for HAAS at Serco since August 2024, where responsibilities include leading contact centres to provide compassionate and professional customer service. Previously, Pauline has held various senior roles at Guardsman from September 2012 onwards, including Head of Operations and Claims Operations Manager, while also serving as Operations Director and Claims Manager. Additionally, Pauline worked at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. from 1991 to January 2012 as Centre Manager. Pauline is an alumnus of Bournemouth School for Girls.
