Amy Chien

Amy Chien's work experience is as follows:

- From June 2022 to the present, they worked as a Solutions Engineer at Guardsquare, focusing on mobile application security.

- Amy worked at Nokia from March 2019 to December 2020, where they held the role of Test Automation Engineer with the Thzteam and later as a member of the Light-Benders Team. Amy'sresponsibilities included developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating regression testing, performing manual tests, and analyzing test failures.

- In 2018, they completed their Master's Thesis at KU Leuven.

- Amy conducted research as a Bachelor's Researcher at NCTU Research Lab with Dr. Charles Choi from July 2015 to August 2016, working on projects related to Electrical Impedance Tomography and indoor position recognition system.

- From August 2014 to August 2016, they worked as a Student Support Manager at the International Student Association of NCTU, where they organized various events for international students.

- From August 2013 to June 2016, they worked as a Freelance Translator in various offices at NCTU and the Office of Commerce and Culture of Taipei. Amy'sresponsibilities included translating texts between English, Chinese, and Spanish, as well as serving as an accompanyment and translator for student groups visiting Hsinchu and other universities. Amy also presented as a technical presenter at the Microsoft World Citizen Image Cup and served as the Co-chairman of the Honorary Doctorate ceremony.

Amy Chien's education history includes pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Embedded Systems and Multimedia at KU Leuven. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Honors Programme from National Chiao Tung University. In terms of certifications, Amy obtained a certification in Secure Application and Data Architecture Design from Skillsoft in February 2023.
