Kristýna Van Houdt has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Kristýna started as a Client Training Coordinator at Lloyd's Register in 2013, where their responsibilities included preparing training sessions and coordinating with clients. Kristýna then moved on to an administrative support role at Lloyd's Register in 2015.

In 2016, Kristýna had a Robert Schuman traineeship at the European Parliament, where they gained experience in writing reports, conducting research, organizing workshops, and networking.

After their traineeship, they joined Guardsquare in 2016 as an Inside Sales Executive. Kristýna later progressed to roles such as Inside Sales Executive - Financial Markets in 2018, Sales Manager in 2019, Sales Director EMEA in 2020, and finally Sales Director - Account Management in 2021. Guardsquare specializes in mobile application security solutions.

Throughout their career, Kristýna has demonstrated skills in sales, account management, leadership, and organizational coordination.

Kristýna Van Houdt has an extensive education history. Kristýna earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Prague University of Economics and Business, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Following their bachelor's degree, they pursued higher education and attended MA EGEI from 2014 to 2016. At MA EGEI, Kristýna earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) and Ing. degree in Economics of Globalisation and European Integration. Additionally, in November 2013, they obtained a certification in TOEIC LISTENING AND READING at level C1 from the University of Economics, Prague (Vysoká škola ekonomická v Praze).
