Shobhan Kumar Das has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Shobhan Kumar began their career in 2016 as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer at N. S. Forging & Engineering Works, where they conducted product testing, durability and strength testing, and performed deviation analysis using 3D scanning and GD&T. In 2017, they joined Devaki Engineering Works as a Quality Engineer, focusing on total quality control, durability and strength testing, and collaborating with the R&D team to enhance product quality.

In 2019, Shobhan joined Guarented as an Operations Associate, responsible for city fulfillment and logistics management, inventory management, and overseeing around 100 unique orders per day. Shobhan Kumar then progressed to the role of Operations Manager, where they excelled in vendor negotiation and onboarding and efficiently handled forecasting and procurement of raw materials and spare parts while maintaining stock for up to 30 days. Currently, Shobhan serves as a Project Manager at Guarented, leading the setup of dark stores, preparing BOQ & BOM, negotiating with clients, and managing project planning and scheduling.
