Josiane Kohls

Josiane Kohls has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Coordenadora Comercial de alugueis and Gestora Patrimonial at Guarida Imóveis since August 2007. In this role, Josiane manages client relationships, overseeing a portfolio of over 600 property owners and handling the financial and commercial aspects of their real estate assets. Prior experience includes a quality control position at Souza Cruz from February 2005 to November 2006. Josiane holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management from IERGS/UNIASSELVI (2018-2020) and a Bachelor's in Management Processes from FADERGS (2014-2017).
