Sandra Lounamaa

Sandra Lounamaa is a versatile professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. As a Co-Founder and CEO of Gubbe since October 2018, Sandra has focused on scaling high-quality elderly home care services while providing meaningful employment for young adults. In addition, Sandra serves on the board of Future Board ry, a network dedicated to developing young professionals in governance roles. Previously, Sandra held roles such as Project Manager at Taivas and Co-Founder at Scene Clothing Oy, where skills in building online businesses were honed. Additional experience includes marketing and sales positions at Trainers' House and Groupon, and early career development as a manager at McDonald's.
