Sumit Gulati

Sumit Gulati has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2001, they worked at Aramark as a General Manager and Food Service Director, where they managed multiple food service locations and established strong relationships with senior leadership. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Project Specialist and later Business Process Manager in Global Operational Excellence, responsible for deploying workforce management technology and improving deployment processes. From 2016 to 2017, Sumit served as the Director of Field Support I Pricing at Aramark, overseeing the retail pricing process and developing relationships with field teams. In 2017, they joined LifeWorks Restaurant Group as a District Manager, where they partnered with the client's workplace team and vendors to enhance the food program across multiple locations. In 2020, Sumit became the Regional Director of Operations at Compass Group USA, overseeing operations in the region. Currently, they hold the position of Board Member at Ray of Hope International Foundation, supporting various initiatives such as providing healthcare services in rural India and promoting menstrual hygiene in schools. Starting in November 2022, Sumit will assume the role of Regional Director of Operations at ISS Guckenheimer.

Sumit Gulati received a B.Sc in Hospitality Management from Widener University from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended IIHM from 1993 to 1996 to further their studies in Hospitality Management. Sumit also attended the Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute, although the specific years and field of study are unknown. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Juran Global in 2016.
